The Work is a simple process of self-inquiry. We don't need to believe our stressful thoughts. We question them. Through inquiry, we come home to our authentic and true selves. We discover who we would be without those stressful situations.
Without inquiry, you are convinced that you are stuck in the situation, abandoned to yourself, reliving the emotional thinking over and over. This brings self-judgments, regrets, depression, anger, and a sense of hopelessness.
The Work frees our thinking. We are able to see patterns in our lives, begin to unravel layers of doubts and misbeliefs about ourselves. The Work is a skill to take into the rest of your life to find the wisdom inside you, the last place we look.

When you start from a place of confusion, suffering, seeing no way forward, a coach becomes your awareness agent, diving into the mystery with you, partnering with you as you lead yourself out of what you are experiencing. Then you enter into freedom and the discomfort begins to melt away. You recognize patterns in our thinking, gain realization you're no longer a victim to our thoughts. Finally, you become keenly aware of our own capacity to self-inquiry.
